Member Agreement: The agreement that must be completed, signed, received, and
accepted by Moringo organics as one of the prerequisites to becoming a Member.
Member: Anyone who signs a Moringo organics Member agreement
Left and Right Sales Team (or Legs): Team Bonus are paid based upon your
organization in two Sales Teams (Left and Right) .Moringo organics enables Two
Members to be directly under you (your Frontline) .Everyone else in your organization
is placed under one of these two Members for team bonus calculations.
All Businessv olume of product purchases in your Left and Right Sales Teams (or legs)
are calculated down to unlimited depth, and count towards team bonus.

Definition of terms

Organization, Generation Tree, Personal Enrollment Legs, or Generation Downline.
The Enrollment Tree refers to all Distributors that you have personally enrolled, and

Weekly Cap: A set, maximum, amount that a Member may earn in any calendar

Tracking Position (TP ): The position in the Binary structure that holds your Left and
Right Sales Team.The Tracking Position is used to track all sales and sponsorship.
Support Team (Upline): This is the group above you that you have been placed under.

Starter Pack: Products bundled by Moringo organics for new Members to purchase

Bankable Volume: Any unpaid GV continues to accumulate for a period of 52 weeks.
All accumulated GV will be reset to zero. if you are Inactive for 4 consecutive months.
A Distributor cannot bank volume unless they are Active and Qualified.
Commission Period: Each Commission Period is from Thursday 12:00 midnight EDT to
the following wednesday 11 :59 midnight EDT. Commissions are paid each week, 7
days after commission period has ended
Autoship: Autoship is a program of convenience where a pre-selected order is shipped
every 30 days. Autoship orders provide convenience to Preferred Customers and
Distributors.
